Terms & Conditions

 

Supply Times:

 

  1. Product processing time is up to 7 business days. Delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days. Total delivery time for non-customized items is up to 12 business days.

  2. Custom product delivery times: product processing times is 7 business days to 4 weeks (depending on the product). Delivery time is 3-5 business days. Total delivery time is up to 5 weeks.

  3. Products are shipped via DHL courier company.

  4. Delivery times include business days only (Sun-Thu), and do not include: the day the booking was made, Fridays, Saturdays, Holiday Eve and Holidays.

  5. Delivery may be delayed to specific, remote areas due to the courier company policy, or due to delays caused by third parties, including delays caused by the effects of COVID-19.

  6. In the event that factors or events beyond the control of the site operators shall delay or prevent the actual sale of the products, or the delivery of the products published on the site at set dates, the site shall offer the consumer, on behalf of the company, a choice between receiving the product or canceling the transaction and receiving a full refund..

  7. The Company shall not be liable for delays in product delivery as a result of events beyond its control, such as strikes, courier company issues, hostilities or force majeure. In these cases, the company may notify the consumer about a delay in delivery.

Cancellation, Exchange, Returns and Warranty Policy

  1. Cancellation of a transaction will be made within 14 days of the purchase. Invoice must be provided, and the goods shall not me damaged or used, and remain in their original packaging, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

  2. Cancellation of a transaction due to a defective product: the consumer's payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and the product will be returned at the company's expense.

  3. Shall the customer decide to cancel the order due to non-compliance or any other reason, and wish to return the product, the customer will be charged for shipping costs (determined by product size and weight).

  4. It is not possible to cancel or replace the purchase of custom-made products, with an exception to defective products.

  5. In the exceptional case of a defect in the product, it shall be returned within up to 3 business days. Consumer will receive a full refund for the product and shipping fees.

  6. When replacing or returning a product, it must be sent in its original packaging. A product arriving without packaging will not be refunded or replaced. A product that has been used cannot be returned.

  7. It is not possible to get a refund after 25 business days. If the product was not used, the consumer may return the product within one month, and receive store credit for their next purchase.

  8. If an order was placed on the website, and the product is out of stock, the company may cancel the order or offer an alternative product of equivalent value. If the consumer does not want the alternative product, the order will be cancelled and they will not be charged.

  9. Product Exchange: You must contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving the product, and update us about which product you want. The charge / credit will be made pending the difference between the products (if any).

  10. We can provide product delivery and return services. Shipping rates may vary depending on the product size and weight. Product returns will be made through DHL at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Shipping prices vary depending on the product size and weight. * Please note that we do not charge cancellation fees.

  11. Product Warranty: The warranty covers material defects in the product body and / or operation, which were caused by the company or the courier company.

Intellectual Property and Rights

  1. The company takes the necessary precautions to maintain data privacy as much as possible. In cases beyond the control of the company and / or arising from force majeure, the company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the customer, if this information is lost and / or used in an unauthorized manner.

  2. The company hereby undertakes not to use any information provided to it by the customers, except to fulfill the purchase made on the website, and in accordance with the law.

  3. All intellectual property rights on this sales website are the sole, exclusive property of Noa Zohar Hochberg.

  4. No information from this website/commerce site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used in any way without prior written consent from the company.

  5. The interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and/or any actions or disputes arising therefrom shall be made in accordance with Israeli law, and shall be handled in the Court of Law.

Can I order a print in a size that does not appear on the website product size options?

Yes. You can order custom sizes, with adapted size and resolutions, depending on the original painting, to maintain a quality print adapted to the chosen medium.

Can I order custom pieces according to my requirements?

Are the prints and paintings framed?

Paper prints are shipped in a roll, without a frame.

Canvas prints are shipped on a stretched wooden frame, ready to hang.

 

Do you offer gift packaging?

All our prints are packaged as gifts, including a designed greeting card from me, because even when you buy something for yourself – it׳s still a gift!

You can add a short, personal dedication to the package.
